THE TOWNSHIP

Way back in the 80s, Taman Setiawangsa filled a niche by providing elegantly designed homes and apartments that are centrally-located yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of modern Kuala Lumpur.

Today, more than a decade later, Taman Setiawangsa is still a very much sought-after residential and commercial address, and serves other townships within the vicinity. This mixed development of apartments, houses, shops and offices are built on gentle slopes dotted by greenery and open spaces for recreation, allowing privacy between each phase of development. Being I&P's first development outside of its northern stronghold, Taman Setiawangsa is a testimony to I&P's willingness to experiment with a clear understanding of the home-maker's needs and the local environment. Achieving a balance of living and working that has gained the approval of a wide mix of local and expatriate communities.
